French Montana has many Bored Apes followers (BAYC) and we’ve been talking with many of them since May.
We launched the airdrop on September 21 only for BAYC holders. We got many application from MAYC, Otherdeed, Cryptopunks.
We heard them and want to treat BAYC, MAYC and Otherdeed holders as equals for this airdrop and as follows:
0000.ape–49999.ape are reserved for BAYC, MAYC, Otherdeed, Cryptopunks and Meebits holders. The total reserved 10K club is 5000 names. One wallet can claim only one.

We observed that Existing Web2 (ICANN) and Web3 (ENS) domain name services are centralized. Decentralized identity (DID) should be decentralized and custom. That’s why JazDID will develop a DID launchpad so every DAO, NFT community, musicians, football clubs, basketball clubs can create their own DID suffix. (DID for football clubs and basketball clubs can work as “Fan tokens”)
JazDID launchpad will develop an infrastructure for DID name registration, integration of wallets and Dapps, and DID creation, management and trading. Launching a DID domain collection will be as simple as launching a PFP collection.

BSC.News reported on JazDID plan to launch its first BNBChain decentralized ID domain name with the suffix “.bab”.
JazDID basically works as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT), and every JazDID domain name is linked to a wallet with a private key, so as to enhance the privacy of all addresses linked to the Jaz decentralized identity. What is the primary factor which you would attribute to the success of the previous 10,000.bab mint pass?
A: The Ethereum Name Service (ENS) educated the market on the importance of unique domain identifiers. The BNB Communities are excited for a name service equivalent to ENS on the BNB Chain.
Jaz Browser is a spinoff incubated by USM.World, one of the largest metaverses on the ETH & BNB networks backed by Consensys Mesh Tachyon (parent company of Metamask) and OKX Ventures. JazDID is a sub-product of Jaz Browser that provides web3 domain names in addition to the decentralized browser. Combined size of USM.World communities, .bab holders have testified that access to USM Metaverse is a tremendous value add.
.Bab echos Binance BAB token about soulbound which is a major selling point for $BAB token holders. There are already many projects airdropping to $BAB token holders. French Montana has always been on the forefront of innovation. He launched a big DVD platform featuring Bronx rappers when he was 17, which can be considered as the Youtube equivalent in 2004. Now, he wants musicians and artists to have the ability to create their DID suffix. We are encouraging artists only to airdrop a few 5+character DID of their own to kickstart their Web3.0 communities. When the next bull market is coming, those artists can release 3-character and 4-character DIDs to have a new considerable income stream. We do believe now is not a good time for artists to try to make big bucks from NFT drops. We strongly suggest all artists only to do free airdrops.

The 100k club (five-digit) .ape will not be open to the public for registration until March 2023 or March 2025. The only way to get one “100k club, five-digit” name is to have one 10k club .bab or one MAYC to get an airdrop.
JazDID dev will not open public registration for 3-character and 4-character .ape (not in the 1k club or the 10k club) until March 2025 or never open it.
10k club .ape is reserved for BAYC holders. They will not be open to the public for registration either.
The only way to get a “10k club .ape” is to have (or rent) one BAYC by Nov 19, 2022.
The only way to get a “100k club. Ape” is to have “one 10k club .bab” or one MAYC to get airdrop later.
Most of the .ape “1k club .ape” will be put into a mystery collection with the left “10k club. Ape”. We are expecting there will be 100–500 BAYC holders to free mint “10k club .ape” from September 22- Nov 19, 2022. We believe there will be around 8000–9000 “10k club .ape” left by Nov 19.
There will be around 800–900 “1k club .ape” and 8000–9000 “10k club .ape” in the mystery collection drop on Nov 20.
